Group Profile:-
The Group mainly known as “Santlal group of “Companies” is one of the most renowned Agra based group of Western U.P., having Rollers Flour Mill, Rice Mill, Cold storage, Fertilizers & Warehousing, Commodities, Shares and Real Estate Business in western Uttar Pradesh with a turnover above Rs.1000 Million.

Promoters:-

1. Shri Anand Swaroop Agarwal:- 68 years old having more than 45 years vast experience in the agricultural based business. He is the Key Promoter of the company. Initially he started the fertilizers business, during 1989 he promoted group’s first company in the name & style of Rudi Rollers Flour Mill (P) Ltd., a Roller Flour Mill Plant at Mainpuri which was successfully implemented and commissioned ahead of schedule. His main responsibility including policy making, lesion with the Government. He is a social figure having positions in various social organizations of state & all India level.

2. Shri Anil Agarwal: A dynamic leader aged about 46 years having an experience of 25 years in food processing & lied industry, key promoter of the group. He is a main pillar of the group. His prime responsibility includes Technical and Finance management. He is a man of the ability to know the future prospects beneficial for the business & advance technology.

3. Shri Sunil Agarwal: Aged about 41 years having an experience of 20 years in the field. He is a man behind the curtain who looks after day to day working of the group. He is a man of future vision. Who leads the group in advancement towards new technology, new areas to explore.

Mile stones:-

Group started its another project of Rice Milling as Santlal Industries Limited in 2000 with an installed capacity of 10000 MT per annum which has now reached at the level of 100000 MT per annum . Year 2008-2009 is a benchmark year for the group as the rice mill unit has started operation in the field of Long Grain Rice (Basmati) for the same company has imported fully automatic advance plant from Stake Japan & Buhler Switzerland.

Now the group is planning for production of Electricity for its own captive consumption & to sell the rest to state electricity board. Electricity will be produced by Biomass technology i.e. using Paddy husk & agri waste.

Next venture of the group is going to be seed production business. In this area the group has started its research & development.

In the year 2006, the group also entered in real estate sector to explore the opportunity spread in the sector. For real estate sector the company floats M/s. Santlal Buildtech Construction Co. (P) Ltd. First real estate project of the company “PARINAY KUNJ” has already completed successfully. Now, the group is undergoing its project for Mall (Commercial Hub) & 3 Star Hotel in Agra. Land has already been purchased for the same.

Last but not the least, Group Company Santlal Commodities & Stocks Limited has been incorporated with the object of trading in commodities & socks, which has starts its business successfully recently.
